START TIME: 6.00
HARES: MIA's not the 4th July
LOCATION: Shamka Farms
RUN DIRECTIONS: Take road to Airport and then to Dubai / Sweihan. After airport, continue towards Sweihan. After the Dubai exit, take slip road for next exit (same as we now use for Al Reef run site) and straight on for 3 rdbts, then take slip road for Al Ain / Baniyas. After road becomes single carriageway look out for left turn between 2 speed bumps. (tarmac entrance but then turns to track after few meters.) Take this turn and then left again in front of farms.Take third right turn between farms and carry on track to run site, signposted on left.The track after farms has some soft bits and final 100 and entrance to run site definitely for 4 W.D. only. Leave cars by farms and get a lift or park at top of ridge near run site and walk down. P sign may be left where cars should stop. Follow signs from here. ' Follow the Yellow signs'

We have a few athletic runners and also have the usual knitting circle. So come along and try us out.
Our circles are fun, we even provide Ice to cool you down. And sing songs.
Then it is on on to the food and socialising in the desert with the odd camel or goat farm to see, and plenty of sand.
We get an average pack size of. 15-30+
