What we do

A typical Hash will find two "hares" laying a trail with marks of shredded paper through country side and forests, marking checks and false trails and only one "true trail". The runners are slowed down by the checks, enabling walkers to catch up. Anybody with a normal physique can take part in a hash!  The run is followed by a "circle" where newcomers and visitors are welcomed, and other traditional ceremonies take place.
Hash House Harrier clubs are found on every continent and in almost every country. It is very nice if you have just moved and want to make contacts and friends in that country. Hashers are extremely friendly.
